Informativa sulla privacy e sui cookie – ai sensi degli articoli 13 e 14 del Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (UE) 679\/2016 (“GDPR”)<\/b><\/p>

1. TITOLARI DEL TRATTAMENTO<\/b><\/p>

Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola S.r.l.<\/b> con sede legale a Milano, viale Zara 58, 20124, codice fiscale e partita iva 12658100966 e <\/span>Radici Cultura S.r.l.<\/b>, con sede legale in Milano, viale Zara 58, 20124, <\/span>codice fiscale e partita iva <\/span>13072030961 (le due societ\u00e0, collettivamente, “<\/span>RADICI<\/b>” e ciascuna “<\/span>Titolare<\/b>“)<\/span>. 2. OGGETTO DELL’INFORMATIVA<\/b><\/p>

I Titolari hanno ideato e sviluppato “Radici Farm”, un progetto agro-culturale situato vicino al Lago di Garda, focalizzato sull\u2019agricoltura rigenerativa. I Titolari trattano in maniera autonoma i dati personali per offrire ai propri utenti esperienze immersive come workshop, eventi culturali e residenze artistiche, consentire di soggiornare ed organizzare eventi presso la struttura sita in Via Cavour, 7, 25077 Ro\u00e8 Volciano BS (“<\/span>Struttura<\/b>“)<\/span>, <\/span>e prenotare l’acquisto dei propri prodotti per vivere appieno la vita agricola.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In particolare, <\/span>Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola<\/b> si occupa della produzione e vendita di ortaggi e frutta, confetture, olive e derivati (olio), di organizzare workshop per insegnamento tecniche rigenerative e presso la Struttura di offrire servizi di agricamping. <\/span>Radici Cultura<\/b> cura e gestisce gli eventi ed altre attivit\u00e0 ricreative presso la Struttura.<\/span><\/p>

La presente Informativa sulla privacy e sui cookie (“<\/span>Informativa sulla privacy<\/b>“) descrive in particolare il modo in cui i Titolari raccolgono, utilizzano e trattano, in modo autonomo e ciascuno nel proprio ambito di competenza, i dati personali dell’Utente quando accede o visita il presente sito Web (il “<\/span>Sito<\/b>“) e utilizza <\/span>i seguenti servizi:<\/span><\/p>

a)Registrarsi all’area personale del sito;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

b)Prendere visione del catalogo dei nostri prodotti alimentari ortofrutticoli e prenotarli in base alle disponibilit\u00e0, con consegna presso il proprio indirizzo o ritiro presso la Struttura secondo le modalit\u00e0 indicate nel Sito (“<\/span>Prenotazione dei prodotti<\/b>“);<\/span><\/p>

c)Effettuare prenotazioni per soggiorni e\/o attivit\u00e0 e\/o eventi al pubblico organizzati da Radici presso la Struttura, nonch\u00e9 per eventi privati e\/o aziendali personalizzabili, presso la Struttura (a titolo esemplificativo, <\/span>retreat<\/span><\/i>, seminari, eventi aziendali etc.) (“<\/span>Prenotazioni di Soggiorni, Attivit\u00e0 o Eventi<\/b>“).<\/span><\/p>

d)Richiedere di partecipare a programmi di volontariato, sempre presso la Struttura;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

ovvero quando l’Utente raggiunge la Struttura e desidera acquistare i prodotti, soggiornare presso la Struttura o partecipare ad uno degli Eventi (collettivamente i “<\/span>Servizi<\/b>“).<\/span><\/p>

Ai fini della presente Informativa sulla privacy, per “<\/span>Utente<\/b>” si intende l’utente del Sito e dei Servizi, che sia un cliente privato o professionale, un visitatore del sito Web o una persona di cui abbiamo raccolto le informazioni presso la Struttura ai sensi della presente Informativa sulla privacy.<\/span><\/p>

3. FONTI PER LA RACCOLTA DEI DATI<\/b><\/p>

I dati personali dell’Utente descritti nelle sezioni che seguono (i “<\/span>Dati Personali<\/b>” o i “<\/span>Dati<\/b>“) sono raccolti automaticamente o forniti dagli Utenti attraverso la navigazione o l’utilizzo del Sito e l’utilizzo dei Servizi ovvero rilasciati di persona presso la Struttura.<\/span><\/p>

I Titolari potranno anche ottenere i Dati dell’Utente da terze parti, inclusi fornitori di beni e\/o di servizi che possono raccogliere informazioni per loro conto, come ad esempio aziende che gestiscono la piattaforma che ospita il Sito e permette la fruizione dei Servizi, come WordPress, Iubenda e Hubspot.<\/span><\/p>

4. COME SONO RACCOLTI E UTILIZZATI I DATI DELL’UTENTE<\/b><\/p>

Il trattamento dei Dati dell’Utente avverr\u00e0 nel rispetto dei principi di correttezza, liceit\u00e0 e trasparenza, mediante modalit\u00e0 manuali ed automatizzate e mediante l’ausilio di strumenti cartacei ed elettronici, in ogni caso nei limiti delle finalit\u00e0 di trattamento previste dalla presente l’Informativa sulla privacy e, comunque, in modo da garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza dei Dati.<\/span><\/p>

5. DESCRIZIONE E FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI\u00a0<\/b><\/p>

5.1 Accesso o navigazione del Sito (trattamento gestito da Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola)<\/b><\/p>

CATEGORIE DI DATI – DATI DI NAVIGAZIONE – file di log, indirizzi IP, nomi a dominio dei terminali degli Utenti, indirizzi in notazione URI, tempi e modalit\u00e0 delle richieste al server, risposte dal server, altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo e all’ambiente informatico o dispositivo del Sito.<\/span><\/p>

FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO \u2013 raccogliere dati statistici anonimi sull’uso del Sito da parte degli Utenti, nonch\u00e9 per controllarne il funzionamento. In particolare, Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola pu\u00f2 dedurre informazioni sulle interazioni dell’Utente con il Sito e altri Servizi utilizzati, sui contenuti visualizzati e sulle query di ricerca inviate; informazioni sull’Utente in base alla sua interazione con i Servizi; informazioni sul tipo di dispositivo che l’Utente sta utilizzando, su come accede al Sito, sul suo browser o sistema operativo e sul suo indirizzo IP (Internet Protocol).<\/span><\/p>

OBBLIGATORIET\u00c0 O NON OBBLIGATORIETA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI \u2013 Non obbligatoriet\u00e0 – Il mancato conferimento dei Dati, effettuato mediante la disabilitazione dei cookie\/archiviazione locale nel browser, potrebbe tuttavia impedire all’Utente l’accesso a tutte le funzionalit\u00e0 del Sito.<\/span><\/p>

BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO – Il legittimo interesse di Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola a far funzionare e controllare il Sito e ad ottenere Dati sul suo utilizzo, o il consenso dell’Utente, a seconda del cookie.<\/span><\/p>

PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI – A seconda della finalit\u00e0 dei singoli cookie e comunque non oltre 2 anni dalla data di accesso al Sito.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

5.2 Registrazione e accesso all’area personale del Sito (trattamento gestito da Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola)<\/b><\/p>

FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO – Per consentire all’Utente di registrarsi sul Sito e di accedere all’area riservata e personale del Sito al fine di prenotare i Servizi. Nel caso in cui i Servizi siano resi da Radici Cultura, Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola provveder\u00e0 a comunicare a quest’ultima i Dati Personali necessari per l’erogazione del relativo servizio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

OBBLIGATORIET\u00c0 O NON OBBLIGATORIETA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI – Obbligatorio. Se l’Utente non desidera fornire i Dati, non potr\u00e0 registrarsi al Sito o usufruire dei relativi Servizi nelle aree personali riservate del Sito. La Prenotazione dei Servizi pu\u00f2 essere effettuata anche in qualit\u00e0 di Utente non registrato ed in tal caso i dati di registrazione sono facoltativi, ma qualora l’Utente non volesse fornirli Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola non potr\u00e0 mantenere un archivio delle richieste per riferimento ed offrire all’Utente eventuali servizi riservati.<\/span><\/p>

BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO – La necessit\u00e0 di eseguire un contratto o obblighi precontrattuali di cui l’Utente \u00e8 parte, nonch\u00e9 la necessit\u00e0 di adempiere ad obblighi di legge.<\/span><\/p>

PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI – Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola si impegna a cancellare i Dati dell’Utente dai propri sistemi, previsti per la registrazione e l’accesso alle aree riservate del Sito e per la fruizione dei relativi Servizi, decorsi 10 anni dalla data di cancellazione della registrazione dell’Utente<\/span>.<\/b><\/p>

5.3 Prenotazione e successivo acquisto dei Servizi (trattamento gestito da Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola e\/o da Radici Cultura a seconda del servizio prenotato)<\/b><\/p>

CATEGORIE DI DATI – DATI ANAGRAFICI E DI CONTATTO nome, cognome, e-mail, numero di telefono, indirizzo, documento di identit\u00e0 in caso di soggiorno presso la Struttura – ALTRI DATI dati comunicati nell’apposito form presente sul Sito, tipologia e prezzo dei Servizi prenotati. Categoria pertinente (privato\/professionista), dati necessari per il pagamento dei Servizi.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO \u2013 Gestire e dar corso alle prenotazioni dei Servizi sul Sito e successivamente erogare i Servizi presso la Struttura, ad esempio permettere il check-in ed il check-out (ivi compreso il saldo del prezzo dei Servizi usufruiti e l’eventuale addebito di spese ulteriori rispetto al prezzo del Servizio reso) presso la Struttura, ovvero permettere la partecipazione agli Eventi. Riguardo ai soggiorni i Dati Personali saranno altres\u00ec trattati per ottemperare agli obblighi di legge, tra cui quelli inerenti alla comunicazione alle autorit\u00e0 competenti dei dati anagrafici di coloro che soggiornano presso la Struttura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

OBBLIGATORIET\u00c0 O NON OBBLIGATORIETA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI – Obbligatorio. Nel caso in cui l’Utente non intende fornire i Dati, i Titolari non potranno dar corso alla relativa richiesta di Prenotazione ed erogare successivamente i Servizi o permettere il soggiorno presso la Struttura.<\/span><\/p>

BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO – La necessit\u00e0 di eseguire un contratto o obblighi precontrattuali di cui l’Utente \u00e8 parte, nonch\u00e9 la necessit\u00e0 di adempiere ad obblighi di legge. Con riferimento ai soggiorni presso la Struttura, l’adempimento da parte del Titolare di un obbligo legale al quale il Titolare stesso \u00e8 soggetto.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI: I Titolari si impegnano a cancellare i Dati dell’Utente dai sistemi decorsi 10 anni dalla data dell’ultima prenotazione o dall’ultima interazione con i Titolari.<\/span><\/p>

5.4 Marketing e pubblicit\u00e0 (trattamento gestito da Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola)<\/b><\/p>

CATEGORIE DI DATI – DATI ANAGRAFICI E DI CONTATTO nome, cognome, e-mail, indirizzo.<\/span><\/p>

FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO \u2013 Inviare comunicazioni di marketing, pubblicitarie e promozionali tramite e-mail, sms o posta ordinaria, relative ai Prodotti, alla Struttura, e alle Attivit\u00e0 ed Eventi organizzati, anche attraverso l’utilizzo degli account dei social network di Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola (es. Meta, Instagram, X).Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola potr\u00e0 anche chiedere all’Utente di partecipare a sondaggi o richieste di soddisfazione dei clienti. Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola potr\u00e0 inviare queste informazioni anche dopo l’iscrizione dell’Utente alla propria newsletter.<\/span><\/p>

OBBLIGATORIET\u00c0 O NON OBBLIGATORIETA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI – Facoltativo. In caso di mancato conferimento di tali Dati, non sar\u00e0 possibile per Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola inviare all’Utente comunicazioni di marketing e promozionali.<\/span><\/p>

BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO – Il consenso prestato in fase di compilazione ed invio del modulo di Prenotazione dei Prodotti e\/o dei Soggiorni, Attivit\u00e0 o Eventi o in occasione di richieste di contatto o della iscrizione alla newsletter da parte dell’Utente flaggando il relativo “pulsante di consenso”. L’Utente pu\u00f2 revocare il proprio consenso alla ricezione di tali comunicazioni in qualsiasi momento scrivendo a info@radici.farm o cliccando sul tasto “unsubscribe” in calce alle newsletter ricevute.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI \u2013 Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola si impegna a cancellare dai propri sistemi i Dati forniti dall’Utente in relazione al marketing e alla pubblicit\u00e0 decorsi 24 mesi dall’ultima interazione dell’Utente (es. ultima Prenotazione o lettura della newsletter o richiesta di contatto).<\/span><\/p>

5.5 Invio di offerte di marketing relative a Servizi analoghi a quelli gi\u00e0 acquistati o richiesti (soft spam) (trattamento gestito da Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola e\/o da Radici Cultura a seconda del servizio acquistato)<\/b><\/p>

CATEGORIE DI DATI – DATI ANAGRAFICI E DI CONTATTO nome, cognome, e-mail – DATI DI ACQUISTO tipologia di Servizi prenotati e\/o acquistati.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO – invio di comunicazioni contenenti offerte di marketing relative a Servizi analoghi a quelli gi\u00e0 acquistati (soft spam).<\/span><\/p>

OBBLIGATORIET\u00c0 O NON OBBLIGATORIETA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI – Facoltativo. Qualora l’Utente volesse opporsi al trattamento dei Dati, non sar\u00e0 possibile per i Titolari tenerlo costantemente aggiornato su offerte e promozioni di Servizi relativi a quelli gi\u00e0 acquistati.<\/span><\/p>

BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO – Il legittimo interesse dei Titolari a sviluppare relazioni con i propri clienti e ad aumentare il volume delle richieste e delle vendite dei Servizi. L’Utente pu\u00f2 esercitare il diritto di opporsi alla ricezione di queste comunicazioni in qualsiasi momento, immediatamente, cliccando sul pulsante di cancellazione contenuto nelle e-mail o nelle newsletter che l’Utente riceve, oppure scrivendo a <\/span>info@radici.farm<\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/p>

PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI – I Titolari cancelleranno i Dati trattati ai fini dell’invio di comunicazioni contenenti offerte di marketing relative a Servizi analoghi a quelli gi\u00e0 acquistati (soft spam), decorsi 24 mesi dalla data di ciascuna prenotazione, salvo richiesta di cancellazione da parte dell’Utente prima della scadenza di tale periodo e fatta salva la loro conservazione per 10 anni ai fini dell’esecuzione della prenotazione.<\/span><\/p>

5.6 Gestione delle richieste di contatto (trattamento gestito da Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola e\/o da Radici Cultura a seconda del servizio di cui si ha interesse)<\/b><\/p>

CATEGORIE DI DATI – DATI ANAGRAFICI E DI CONTATTO nome, cognome, e-mail, numero di telefono – ALTRI DATI comunicati nell’apposito form presente sul Sito o alla casella di posta elettronica dei Titolari.<\/span><\/p>

FINALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO \u2013 Gestire le richieste di contatto o di informazioni sui Servizi effettuate tramite l’apposita pagina del Sito (“Contatti”) o via e-mail ai Titolari.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

OBBLIGATORIET\u00c0 O FACOLTATIVITA’ DEL CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI – Obbligatorio. In caso di mancato conferimento di tali Dati, non sar\u00e0 possibile per i Titolari evadere le richieste degli Utenti.<\/span><\/p>

BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO – La necessit\u00e0 di eseguire un contratto o obblighi precontrattuali, nonch\u00e9 la necessit\u00e0 di adempiere ad obblighi di legge.<\/span><\/p>

PERIODO DI CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI \u2013 I Titolari si impegnano a cancellare i Dati degli Utenti dai propri sistemi forniti in relazione alle richieste decorso 1 anno dalla data di conferimento dei Dati.<\/span><\/p>

6. SOGGETTI AUTORIZZATI AL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI<\/b><\/p>

I Dati dell’Utente saranno trattati da dipendenti dei Titolari debitamente incaricati, che sono stati espressamente autorizzati al trattamento dei Dati secondo le istruzioni e adottando misure idonee a proteggere i Dati in relazione a tutte le finalit\u00e0 sopra esposte.<\/span><\/p>

7. POSSIBILI DESTINATARI DEI DATI<\/b><\/p>

I seguenti soggetti potranno venire a conoscenza dei Dati dell’Utente in relazione alle finalit\u00e0 di trattamento di cui alla presente Privacy Policy e saranno autorizzati a trattare i Dati, sia in qualit\u00e0 di autonomi titolari del trattamento, sia in qualit\u00e0 di responsabili del trattamento debitamente nominati da Titolari per quanto di propria competenza (l’elenco di tali Responsabili del trattamento \u00e8 disponibile previa richiesta via e-mail da inoltrare a: <\/span>info@radici.farm<\/span><\/a>):<\/span><\/p>

a) Soggetti che si occupano della gestione dei rapporti con gli Utenti; dei servizi di marketing (invio di newsletter, ricerche di mercato, analisi del grado di soddisfazione della clientela); soggetti che svolgono attivit\u00e0 funzionali all’esecuzione dei Servizi quali fornitori di servizi bancari, fornitori di servizi di previsione frodi, societ\u00e0 fornitrici di infrastrutture informatiche e servizi di assistenza e consulenza informatica, societ\u00e0 che forniscono servizi di analisi e sviluppo dei Dati nonch\u00e9 studi legali, contabili e di revisione;<\/span><\/p>

b) gli acquirenti<\/span> o i successori dei Titolari in caso di vendita o trasferimento di alcuni o tutti i beni dei Titolari, nell’ambito dei quali vengano trasferiti i Dati.<\/span><\/p>

8. TRASFERIMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI ALL’ESTERO<\/b><\/p>

Tutti i trattamenti dei Dati sono effettuati nei paesi dell’Unione Europea.<\/span><\/p>

Si prega di notare che i Titolari potranno trasferire, archiviare ed elaborare i Dati al di fuori del paese in cui l’Utente vive. Qualora i Dati necessitino di essere trasferiti all’estero, i Titolari si impegnano a:<\/span><\/p>

a)Assicurarsi che il Paese in cui i Dati saranno inviati garantisca un livello di protezione adeguato, come <\/span>previsto dall’articolo 45 del GDPR; o<\/span><\/p>

b)Rispettare le clausole contrattuali standard per la protezione dei dati approvate dalla Commissione europea<\/span> per il trasferimento di dati personali al di fuori del SEE in conformit\u00e0 con l’articolo 46.2 del GDPR.<\/span><\/p>

9. I DIRITTI DELL’UTENTE IN QUALIT\u00c0 DI INTERESSATO<\/b><\/p>

In relazione al trattamento dei Dati di cui sopra, l’Utente potr\u00e0 esercitare in qualsiasi momento, inviando una mail all’indirizzo <\/span>info@radici.farm<\/span><\/a>, i seguenti diritti, alle condizioni e nei limiti indicati agli articoli 12 e 13 del GDPR:<\/span><\/p>

a)Diritto di accesso (art. 15 GDPR).<\/span><\/p>

b)Diritto di rettifica dei Dati inesatti e di integrazione dei Dati incompleti (art. 16 GDPR).<\/span><\/p>

c)Diritto alla cancellazione dei Dati (art. 17 GDPR).<\/span><\/p>

d)Diritto di limitazione del trattamento (art. 18 GDPR).<\/span><\/p>

e)Diritto<\/span> di opporsi al trattamento effettuato ai sensi dell’art. 6, comma 1, lettere e) o f) del GDPR.<\/span><\/p>

L’Utente ha inoltre il diritto di proporre reclamo all’Autorit\u00e0 di controllo, ossia all’Autorit\u00e0 Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (“<\/span>Garante Privacy<\/b>“) e\/o ad altre autorit\u00e0 di controllo competenti (art. 77 GDPR).<\/span><\/p>

Inoltre, se il trattamento \u00e8 basato sul consenso o su un contratto ed \u00e8 effettuato con mezzi automatizzati, l’Utente ha il diritto di ricevere i propri Dati in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico e, se tecnicamente fattibile, di trasmettere tali Dati a un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti ai sensi dell’articolo 20 del GDPR.<\/span><\/p>

L’Utente ha inoltre il diritto di opporsi in qualsiasi momento al trattamento dei Dati, immediatamente o successivamente al trasferimento dei Dati, in relazione all’invio da parte dei Titolari di comunicazioni non richieste contenenti offerte di marketing relative a Servizi analoghi a quelli gi\u00e0 acquistati (<\/span>soft spam<\/b>) direttamente all’indirizzo di posta elettronica fornito in fase di richiesta dei Servizi, ai sensi dell’art. 130, comma 4 del D.Lgs. n. 196\/2003, come modificato dal D.Lgs. n. 101\/2018.<\/span><\/p>

L’Utente potr\u00e0 inoltre scegliere di essere contattato per finalit\u00e0 di marketing esclusivamente tramite modalit\u00e0 tradizionali, manifestando il diritto di opporsi alla ricezione di comunicazioni attraverso modalit\u00e0 automatizzate.<\/span><\/p>

The Data Controllers have designed and developed “Radici Farm”, an agro-cultural project located near Lake Garda, focused on regenerative agriculture. The Data Controllers process personal data independently to offer their users immersive experiences such as workshops, cultural events and artistic residencies, allow them to stay and organize events at the farm located in Via Cavour, 7, 25077 Ro\u00e8 Volciano BS (“<\/span>Farm<\/b>“)<\/span>, <\/span>and book the purchase of their products to fully experience agricultural life.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In particular, <\/span>Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola<\/b> deals with the production and sale of vegetables and fruit, jams, olives and derivatives (oil), organizes workshops to teach regenerative techniques and offers agricamping services at the Farm. <\/span>Radici Cultura<\/b> takes care of and manages events and other recreational activities at the Farm.<\/span><\/p>

This Privacy and Cookie Policy (“<\/span>Privacy Policy<\/b>“) describes in particular the way in which the Data Controllers collect, use and process, independently and each in their own area of competence, the User’s personal data when accessing or visiting this website (the “<\/span>Site<\/b>“) and uses <\/span>the following services:<\/span><\/p>

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING – To allow the User to register on the Site and to access the reserved and personal area of the Site in order to book the Services. In the event that the Services are provided by Radici Cultura, Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola will communicate to the latter the Personal Data necessary for the provision of the relevant service.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

COMPULSORY OR NON-COMPULSORY NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA – Mandatory. If the User does not wish to provide the Data, he\/she will not be able to register on the Site or use the related Services in the reserved personal areas of the Site. The Booking of the Services can also be made as an unregistered User and in this case the registration data are optional, but if the User does not wish to provide them, Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola will not be able to keep an archive of requests for reference and offer the User any reserved services.<\/span><\/p>

5.3 Booking and subsequent purchase of the Services (processing managed by Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola and\/or Radici Cultura depending on the service booked)<\/b><\/p>

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING \u2013 To manage and process the reservations of the Services on the Site and subsequently to provide the Services at the Farm, for example to allow check-in and check-out (including the balance of the price of the Services used and the possible charge of additional expenses with respect to the price of the Service rendered) at the Farm, or to allow participation in the Events. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING – The need to perform a contract or pre-contractual obligations to which the User is a party, as well as the need to comply with legal obligations. With reference to stays at the Farm, the fulfilment by the Data Controller of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

DATA RETENTION PERIOD: The Data Controllers undertake to delete the User Data from the systems after 10 years from the date of the last booking or interaction with the Data Controllers.<\/span><\/p>

5.4 Marketing and advertising (processing managed by Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola)<\/b><\/p>

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING \u2013 To send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by e-mail, text message or ordinary mail, relating to the Products, the Farm, and the Activities and Events organized, also through the use of the social network accounts of Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola (e.g. Meta, Instagram, X). Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola may also ask the User to participate in surveys or customer satisfaction requests. Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola may send this information even after the User has subscribed to its newsletter.<\/span><\/p>

COMPULSORY OR NON-COMPULSORY NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA – Optional. If you do not provide such Data, it will not be possible for Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola to send you marketing and promotional communications.<\/span><\/p>

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING – The consent given when filling in and sending the Product and\/or Stay, Activities or Events Booking Form or on the occasion of contact requests or subscription to the newsletter by the User by flagging the relevant “consent button”. The User can revoke his\/her consent to receive such communications at any time by writing to <\/span>info@radici.farm<\/span><\/a> or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the newsletters received.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

DATA RETENTION PERIOD \u2013 Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola undertakes to delete from its systems the Data provided by the User in relation to marketing and advertising after 24 months from the last interaction of the User (e.g. last Booking or reading of the newsletter or contact request).<\/span><\/p>

5.5 Sending marketing offers relating to Services similar to those already purchased or requested (soft spam) (processing managed by Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola and\/or Radici Cultura depending on the service purchased)<\/b><\/p>

CATEGORIES OF DATA – PERSONAL AND CONTACT DATA name, surname, e-mail – PURCHASE DATA type of Services booked and\/or purchased.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING – sending communications containing marketing offers relating to Services similar to those already purchased (soft spam).<\/span><\/p>

COMPULSORY OR NON-COMPULSORY NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA – Optional. If the User wishes to object to the processing of Data, it will not be possible for the Data Controllers to keep him constantly updated on offers and promotions of Services relating to those already purchased.<\/span><\/p>

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING – The legitimate interest of the Data Controllers to develop relationships with their customers and to increase the volume of requests and sales of the Services. The User may exercise the right to object to the receipt of these communications at any time, immediately, by clicking on the unsubscribe button contained in the e-mails or newsletters that the User receives, or by writing to <\/span>info@radici.farm<\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/p>

DATA RETENTION PERIOD – The Data Controllers will delete the Data processed for the purpose of sending communications containing marketing offers relating to Services similar to those already purchased (soft spam), after 24 months from the date of each booking, unless the User requests cancellation before the expiry of this period and without prejudice to their retention for 10 years for the purpose of making the booking.<\/span><\/p>

5.6 Management of contact requests (processing managed by Radici Societ\u00e0 Agricola and\/or Radici Cultura depending on the service you are interested in)<\/b><\/p>

CATEGORIES OF DATA – PERSONAL AND CONTACT DATA name, surname, e-mail, telephone number – OTHER DATA communicated in the appropriate form on the Site or in the e-mail address of the Data Controllers.<\/span><\/p>

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING \u2013 To manage requests for contact or information on the Services made through the appropriate page of the Site (“Contacts”) or by e-mail to the Data Controllers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA – Mandatory. In the event of failure to provide such Data, it will not be possible for the Data Controllers to process the Users’ requests.<\/span><\/p>

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING – The need to perform a contract or pre-contractual obligations, as well as the need to comply with legal obligations.<\/span><\/p>

DATA RETENTION PERIOD \u2013 The Data Controllers undertake to delete the Users’ Data from their systems provided in relation to requests after 1 year from the date of provision of the Data.

6.\u00a0PERSONS AUTHORISED TO PROCESS DATA<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The User’s Data will be processed by duly appointed employees of the Data Controllers, who have been expressly authorized to process the Data according to the instructions and adopting suitable measures to protect the Data in relation to all the purposes set out above.

7.\u00a0POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The following subjects may become aware of the User’s Data in relation to the processing purposes referred to in this Privacy Policy and will be authorized to process the Data, both as independent data controllers and as data processors duly appointed by Data Controllers to the extent of their competence (the list of such Data Processors is available upon request via e-mail to be forwarded to: <\/span>info@radici.farm<\/span><\/a> ):<\/span><\/p>

8. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD<\/b><\/span><\/p>

All Data processing is carried out in the countries of the European Union.<\/span><\/p>

Please note that the Data Controllers may transfer, store and process Data outside the country in which the User lives. If the Data need to be transferred abroad, the Data Controllers undertake to:<\/span><\/p>
