The Radici Veggie Boxes are grown in our fields in Roè Volciano, between Lake Garda and the Val Sabbia, where we cultivate organic vegetables following the principles of regenerative agriculture. Each week we harvest what the season has to offer and bring it straight to your door, in a box of fresh, local vegetables.
Subscribing to the Veggie Boxes means bringing to your table vegetables that truly nourish you, grown in living soils and able to deliver deeper flavour and higher nutritional value. It means choosing a form of agriculture that cares for the land, biodiversity and the people who cultivate it, with positive effects on the quality of the food we eat every day.
Each box reflects a moment in the year. Colours and varieties change with the seasons, guiding you towards a more balanced way of eating, in tune with the natural rhythm of the garden.
The boxes are carefully balanced and thoughtfully curated, so they reach your home with vegetables harvested just a few hours earlier, still full of life, energy and nutritional value.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Each box contains between 3 and 5 kg of vegetables (the exact weight depends on the season and the value of the produce). From week to week, we aim to vary the contents and varieties as much as possible.
The box is standard and cannot be customised (but we always guarantee a generous and well-balanced selection).
👉 You can add our artisan products (olive oil, passata, pesto, etc.) to your box with a 10% discount.

Yes. The Veggie Box is designed to be flexible: it works well for one person, a couple or a small family, especially if you cook regularly and follow seasonal eating.
Why does the weight of the box vary?
The weight varies depending on the season and the value of the produce, but the overall value of the box always remains the same. This allows us to guarantee balance, quality and consistency throughout the year.
What if I’m not familiar with some of the vegetables?
Each box is designed to be balanced and versatile. When we include less common varieties, we guide you with usage tips or simple recipes, so you can discover them with ease.
What makes the Veggie Boxes different from other vegetable boxes?
The Veggie Boxes are not just a service, but a pact of trust between those who grow the food and those who eat it.
By subscribing, you become part of a community that supports local, regenerative agriculture, with care for relationships as well as for the quality of food.
What kind of agriculture do you practise compared to “classic” organic farming?
Beyond being organic, we farm according to the principles of regenerative agriculture, which place soil health, biodiversity and long-term ecosystem resilience at the centre.
