Why our jars are worth a little more
At Radici, not using chemical pesticides and fertilisers is the bare minimum (yes, we are certified organic, but for us that is just the starting line). We practise regenerative agriculture: we feed the soil instead of draining it, we grow biodiversity and we let earthworms, fungi and microorganisms get on with their work.
A living soil grows more complete plants, richer in phytochemicals: the natural compounds that give fruit and vegetables their colour, aroma and character. We pick them at the right moment and seal them in jars in small batches, with few ingredients. All of them pronounceable.
The result? Preserves that taste of what they are. And with every jar, a piece of land gets a little healthier.
